Numerology and Food

The Numerology Food aims to realign the person’s food and dining priorities by addressing which foods are deemed high vibrational or low vibrational. They seem to be more focused on the spiritual aspect of eating and that is why they do not make claims that these foods can heal any diseases or alleviate any conditions.

What foods are physically and spiritually healthy for an individual varies a lot.

Number 1

You shall drink more water to balance the element of heat in your body.
Good to eat :  lemons, oranges, dates, ginger, raisins, honey.

Number 2

Always consume fresh, pungent and hot food to balance the dull elements in your body.
Good to eat :  cucumber, white and yellow pumpkin, flax seed, cabbage, melon, sprouting onion and bananas.

Number 3

Always consume fat-free home food to avoid heaviness in your body.
Good to eat :  mint, saffron, nutmeg, olives, apples, peaches, pineapples, grapes,  gooseberry and cherries.

Number 4

Avoid oil-contained food. Drink more water to balance the heat elements in your body.
Good to eat :  all green fruits and vegetables. Try to eat less red meat.

Number 5

Consume more of leafy vegetable food. Drink more water to upgrade your intellectual qualities or creativity.
Good to eat :  mushrooms, nuts, carrots, cabbages, potatoes, oatmeal bread and oatmeal porridge, rice, walnut, pistachio and consume cow’s milk.

Avoid fat-flooded food and beverages to balance your over size or bulkiness.
Good to eat :  mint, figs, almonds, walnuts, apples, pomegranates, melon, apricots, peaches, and all kinds of beans (including soy).

Always consume fresh and hot food to promote your business acumen and visualization and artistic skills.
Good to eat :  green tea, vegetable juices, cabbage, salad, cucumbers, pears, apples, grapes, watermelon.

Good to eat :  nuts, sunflower seeds, mushrooms, pineapple, raisin, bananas, carrot tomatoes, watermelon, strawberry, and apple. Avoid meat at night.

Always consume less-pungent food to balance the energy levels of your body.
Good to eat :  garlic, onion, lemons and pumpkin. You should avoid fatty food and limit drinking alcohol.
