Stage cards in Tarot are those where the people in the card are standing on a smooth flat surface in the foreground. There is a dividing line or separation between the area and the background.

For e.g.- Two of Pentacles, Ten of Cups, Seven of swords and Two of Cups. These are
the stage cards.
