What the tarot means to you personally?
At first, you will have to learn someone else card interpretation. Initially, this will come through a book, but sooner or later, you will have to throw those books away. And roll up your own inner Tarot in Encyclopaedia of keywords, meanings and association for each tarot card. The books can only act as a sign post steering you to words your own understanding of the tarot.
A fun and effective way to do this is to keep a tarot event diary. And daily take out the card out of a shuffle day to represent the next day‘s events and circumstances. Then, at the end of each day, see how the card has picked out the primary events in your day.
After a while, you will start to understand how each card is relating its message to you in your own way.
