Here is the NLP technique to get relief from this mental stress:-
Imagine there is a fountain. Imagine any healing color then imagine you have two
mugs with that two mugs you are filling with fountain water. You have to do with
your hands and imagine your fears are removed. Do it for 20 to 21 days. Do it
regularly.
